Due to the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic, we are making the following changes to our office procedures and will update these as needed to provide all of our patients with the safest care. We are no longer requiring our patients to wear a mask at our office.

If you have any cold symptoms, please call us and reschedule your appointment. Regarding the evaluation of your cold symptoms and COVID-19 virus testing, we'd advise you to contact your primary care doctor for further instructions. 

We are no longer requiring our patients to wear a mask at our office. If your health status requires you to wear a mask, please notify us ahead of time and we will make sure to take additional precautions to ensure your safety. 

You are welcome to bring your partner or one companion to your appointment. If you need to bring more than one companion please call us ahead of time and we will make appropriate arrangements.   You are welcome to bring your trained service animal to your appointment, otherwise we'd kindly ask you not to bring your pets out of consideration to our patients.
